After 20 seasons of The Bachelor, 12 seasons of The Bachelorette, 3 seasons of Bachelor Pad, and 3 seasons of Bachelor In Paradise, watchers might find themselves wondering how many of the couples actual made it.
The short answer to that question is, well, not many. But season after season, Bachelor Nation gathers around their TVs (with wine, one might add…) in hopes that the Bachelor or Bachelorette will make the right decisions.
So, which couples actually have lasted? Here’s a quick list of couples that are still together after their appearances on The Bachelor franchise.
1. Jason and Molly Mesnick
While Jason did not technically propose to Molly in the finale of Season 13 of The Bachelor, he did break up with the winner, Melissa, and admit his fault on After the Final Rose. Since then, the couple has married and had children.
2. Trista and Ryan Sutter
Trista, the first Bachelorette ever, and Ryan have been together for over ten years, having married in 2003. They now have two children – Max and Blakesley.
3. Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum
Ashley chose JP in Season 7 of The Bachelorette. The couple has been married since 2012, and has one child.
4. Sean and Catherine Lowe
Sean and Catherine rode off into the sunset (via elephant) in Thailand back in The Bachelor’s Season 17 finale, which took place in 2013. Since then, the couple has married and had one child, Samuel.
5. Des and Chris Siegfried
We are over the moon and in love with the nursery for our little man! @eastcoastcreative and @loweshomeimprovement surprised us with the best space I could possibly imagine for our baby, #PNW style of course! ??More pics and details over at www.UsMagazine.com today. After being broken up with by the frontrunner of Season 9 of The Bachelorette, Brooks, Des went on to accept a proposal from Chris. Since then, the two have married and are now expecting a baby boy.
6. Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth
Shawn proposed to Kaitlyn Bristowe in the finale of Season 11 of The Bachelorette. This, however, was not much of a surprise to viewers, as Kaitlyn mistakenly posted a Snapchat of the pair in bed together before the finale aired. The two are still engaged, living happily in Nashville, with their beloved dog, Doodle.
7. Jade and Tanner Tolbert
Hard to see the house with the morning light and the sun behind it in the pic, but we ventured out to see more updates on the build this morning! The roof and windows are now installed! Check out my Instagram story for another updated tour. This time we brought Pippa and Finn with us to explore their new home! What do you think so far!? I'm loving the fireplace. ? #jannermanor @toddhillhomes
While Jade and Tanner were not the first Bachelor in Paradise couple to marry, they are the only BIP couple that is still together. The pair resides in Kansas City and are currently awaiting the completion of their new home.
8. Joelle Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers
JoJo and Jordan got engaged 2016, but since have experienced a storm of media after Jordan’s ex-girlfriend claimed that Jordan is a liar and a cheater. Regardless, the couple is seemingly happy as ever, claiming that they, too, are in the process of planning their wedding.
9. Carly Waddell and Evan Bass
Evan and I had a dream wedding on Saturday. It was truly the perfect day with friends and family in Mexico. There was no better way to celebrate the start of our forever journey together. The setting, in a garden overlooking the ocean, created a stunning visual that I don't think anyone will forget. Evan's children delivered heartfelt and hysterical speeches that had everyone laughing and crying simultaneously. The love from Bachelor Nation has been overwhelming and we are so grateful to all who helped make this day amazing. I'm so happy and SO in love with this man.
This adorably weird couple met on season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise and got married soon after. They are currently expecting their first child together.
10. Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo
This day was a dream come true! Bryan you have shown me a love that I've never had before. You've challenged me in ways I could have never imagined. This road was not easy but you have been my rock and still are my rock through it all. We found love in such a public way but the depths of our love is something that only we will know and will have between each other forever. I would do it all over again if it led me back to you. You are my better half and thank you for being just who you are and never changing for anyone. Thank you for always taking the high road and thank you for loving me unconditionally. I love you with all of me @thebryanabasolo and more than I could ever define to you! I am so excited to spend forever with you.
Rachel and Bryan got engaged at the end of season 13 of Rachel’s season of The Bachelorette. Though most fans were rooting for the runner up, Peter, Rachel sent him home before the day of the engagement and proceeded to accept Bryan’s proposal. Rachel and Bryan have talked about getting married sooner than later, and hope to someday have kids.
11. Derek Peth and Taylor Nolan
After a somewhat rocky journey during season 4 of Bachelor in Paradise, Derek and Taylor decided to leave paradise as boyfriend and girlfriend. During the After Paradise special, Derek surprised everyone and proposed to Taylor, who accepted!
12. Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk
Raven and Adam got together on season 4 of Bachelor in Paradise. They decided to leave paradise as boyfriend and girlfriend and have been together ever since!
So… after 21 seasons of The Bachelor, 13 seasons of The Bachelorette, 3 seasons of Bachelor Pad, and 4 seasons of Bachelor In Paradise, TWELVE couples have stayed together. Whether that number will increase or decrease as The Bachelor franchise continues has yet to be seen, but you can bet that we will be watching (while drinking).
